You *can* remove the governor on a stock engine and run it that way, with a high flow air filter and pipe and it will run much better than out of the box. The key here for safety is don't swap out the valve springs... The stock springs will not allow you to rev high enough to fragment the stock flywheel, at least in my experience.
Just seeing if anyone here likes fucking around with mini bikes?

Yeah, I'd be careful taking it off any kickers.
Today I ordered throttle, linkage, cable.
Brake lever, cable, grips.
All from OMB, thanks for the tip.
I sprang for the nicer throttle/grips, more like the Rupp grips. I don't care for the waffles.
Came up 7cents shy of free shipping... DOH!... How the frick do they do that?
