I’m still waiting to get my seat back from upholstery but I got the bike running and was able to ride to a gas station and back without it dying. I’ll update y’all again when I get the seat. I’m also working on a bike rack for my bmx that I’m pretty excited about.

Here’s some shots of the bmx bike rack. Pretty stoked on how this turned out.

Looks heavy duty - anything for additional support under the fender between the bungs?

In photo #3, not sure, but it looks like your rear sprocket is out of alignment - looks like a bend in the top row of the chain, and coming off at an angle at the bottom of the sprocket?
If buildin' old school choppers was easy, anyone could do it... ain't nobody said it's gonna be easy...

Optical illusion I think, in this picture it looks fine. Click image for larger version

And I’ve been thinking about reinforcing the fender. Maybe just a section of 1/8” flat bar will help but not rub.

Totally forgot to update this! I’m pretty much done with the build, just working out kinks now.

I didn't mess with the rake, so whatever is stock on an 81 ironhead.

The forks are 31" from the bottom of the tree to the axle.

Thank you. They're zombie performance traditional 6 bends.
