Anyone know if the “Bell Moto” along the bottom of the helmet is a sticker that can be removed or is it under the clear coat?

I'd say it's under the top coat....

I bought a new bell moto3 back in the early 80's & I know for a fact back then the
labels peeled off rather easily, with no clear coat on top. most
of the racers peeled them off. the new repops could be different.

Welp... mine's an old one from the 80's when a younger hillcat ripped up the woods 'round these parts on a KDX250.
