Hey guys! New to chopcult thought I would give it a shot and post some stuff up. I will probably post more stuff on Instagram just cuz it’s quicker but if you like what you see feel free to follow along. I encourage criticism, critiquing (sp). Or any advice I’ve got think skin I can take it haha.
Quick little intro about me, I am a full time HD factory trained master technician by day And a 34 year old married, father of two (with one on the way) by night, and an amature wanna be welder/fabricator when I can find the time. So needless to say this has been a very long slow project but it’s starting to pick up speed and nearing the finish line. I’m trying to find pictures from earlier on in the project so the order might be a little scrambled, sorry.

This is the earliest picture I can find at the moment. HD evo motor, I bought blown up for 300 bucks and rebuilt from the crank up. Jim’s 3 hole crank pin, balanced and trued crank, Keith black 10.5:1 HC pistons Andrews EV 57 cam, ported heads, HD valves, kibblewhite springs, hand ported heads, CV carb. BDL belt drive for enclosed primary shovelhead with electric start. I removed the ring gear so it will be kick start only. I went with this one because it was the skinniest belt drive I could find. I’m not really into 3” belts and want this bike to be nice and skinny. HD factory 5 speed with Rivera kicker conversion. Ledsled 4” over (I think) Springer front end. HD wheels

If you noticed in the first picture the rear axle was way too long for this frame, but it’s what I had so I shorted the axle rethreaded it and put a hole through it for a coffee pin and castle nut. Also make some stainless axle adjusters.

Thanks man, Evos and tcrafts are probably my favorite. The white one belongs to a friend but we have our own also it’s the same one my dad taught me to fly in when I was a kid.

Looks like a Kraft tech frame. My opinion they are the best on the market considering price and workmanship. I've had two and they required no shimming on engine mount. On the Tcraft, I have a '40 BL65. It's patiently waiting in line for a recover. I've had it since '80. I like the pre war models, nice and light.

It is a kraftech and I couldn’t agree more, I was a little skeptical when I saw the price tag (working at a dealership my employee cost made it even cheaper) and I couldn’t be happier with it. Do you have someone in mind to recover the tcraft? My dad has done a lot of them including ours. Our is a 46, have to see if I can find a picture of it

Can't top those two classics in one picture. I do fabric work. Doing my champ right now. Also rebuilding an Evo touring bike and converting my kraft tech bike to 130 rear tire after 13 years of the fat tire trend.
