couple of people asked for updates,,been busy with other projects but managed to get my nephew to fab up/weld an ignition bracket for me today,,tomorrow it goes out to sandblaster,,also if you look at pic you can see he fabbed up a bracket to mount the reg/rectifier on..not sure if I wanna powder coat frame or paint it,,leaning towards painting it,
What kind of welding machine is he using. Looks like a flux core by the little slag balls if it is those are some nice welds.

        Nice job so far

to NYC and is staying with me,,he's a welder by trade,,so I been putting him to work on a few things,,he seen the chopper frame and wanted to work on it so the last couple of weeks we been mocking it up,,
cycleone built the frame for me years ago,,,carmine of syndicate choppers did ALOT of fab work for me,,,

Dude... this... stance... rules. Of all the inline-4 chopper designs I tend to easily gravitate to low slung raked out narrow springer rigids with prism tanks. Oh wait - JUST LIKE YOURS. Totally awesome man. Love it.

Here is the pic that was upside down.
Must be a cell phone pic. It was only 300 pixels wide.

The Lincoln NR211MP is a structural rated wire. MP means it is a multiple pass wire.

Hey, it's off the bench - did you fire it? What is the overall length?
If buildin' old school choppers was easy, anyone could do it... ain't nobody said it's gonna be easy...
