What kind of Shovelhead do I have?

What kind of shovelhead do I have here? Pan shovel, cone shovel, etc?

I believe it is a 1976. The heads look to be redone and it has a Morris Magneto on it.

This info may be helpful: http://www.harleys.de/engine.html

There are two tables listed here. The first is "Frame ID Numbers - 1981 and Later."...The second table is "Motorcycle ID Numbers 1970-1980."
If buildin' old school choppers was easy, anyone could do it... ain't nobody said it's gonna be easy...

Thanks for the replies, really appreciate it. I inherited this from my father and wanted to get a little info on it before I dive in and start my research. I'm new to this but have always had a fascination with bikes. I might plan on doing a build with this one, have alot to learn but I'll get there.

Get a FACTORY service manual and parts catalog to match the model your engine came from per VIN. No Haynes/Clymer/Chilton books which are best used for oil absorbent.

Hope to see you get the bike up and running.
