    Electrical question.

OK, i want to delete the circuit board etc that was part of the rear tail light assembly. I have the H-D conversion to make the signals work as brake lights ....major point to consider here. So the takeoffs from the circuit board to the signal lights are black and purple......same on both sides. how do i know which to hard wire directly to A) keep the the right from the left and B) to maintain the brake light light/signal combo??

    anyone done this yet??

    its a 2004 1200R

I might be able to help ya if I had my telescope handy to view those pics.

Generally, blue is 12v for your run lights. Red/yellow is the brake and ties into the switches on the hand controls and rear brake line. Black is your ground.

That's the way mine is hooked up on an '03 with no signals. Like I said, I can't see your diagrams. Hope someone else can come along and help you better.
