Cool. Is the frame softtail or early evo? Never mind.....

What's the front wheel/brake going to be?

Machined out a EBAY special 36 spoke hub. narrowed it by 2" and machined for 5/8 bearings.

Hey thanks man. I still have alot finish work to do. The plan was to use that 36 spoke hub so i could lace it to a raw aluminum moto hub and then the trees, fork lowers, rim and hub would all be glass bead blasted. to give it the flat/cast look that i really like. and being it 41mms in the 39s it will be a little stouter looking. Since I upgraded my blasting cabinet I have been using it on everything.

Are you gonna use banjo fittings for the air mod on the tube caps for the trees? Or am I misunderstanding the mod on the fork cap nuts.

No the mode for the fork caps are just cosmetic, 41mm forks seat into the bottom of the top clamp. so using these 39 that i bored out to 41 when there are slid through the caps stick up way to far.

wheels are done, now as a I am on my tugboat for 2 weeks I decided to start figuring out how im going to make the real axle reducers, the axle plates are 7/8 and and I need to run 3/4" axle, the design I drew up is a copy of fab kevins,I could buy a set from him for $50 but Im trying to do as much myself as I can so I will make a few changes to make it my own.
