wheels are done, now as a I am on my tugboat for 2 weeks I decided to start figuring out how im going to make the real axle reducers, the axle plates are 7/8 and and I need to run 3/4" axle, the design I drew up is a copy of fab kevins,I could buy a set from him for $50 but Im trying to do as much myself as I can so I will make a few changes to make it my own.

found these really wide tensioners blocks , crappy chrome and most likely made in china but machined them down to .875 and i think they will work. at least for now.

I just drilled it out to 1/4" and pressed in a piece off rod that i had. left it about a 1/6th short and welded it in.
