    found these really wide tensioners blocks , crappy chrome and most likely made in china but machined them down to .875 and i think they will work. at least for now.

    I just drilled it out to 1/4" and pressed in a piece off rod that i had. left it about a 1/6th short and welded it in.

    Man that narrow 41mm fork set up is super tight and beefy looking. Nice work.

    well been out for a bit while I sold my house, But got a new shop now, pretty excited to start moving in. Picked up a new project as well.

    Finially getting shop set up and bikes up on the table ready to hammer down this winter. Got my machines all level. Moving was an extreme pain in the ass.

    Made a few more parts for my build. Made a little deal that i can weld into some tubing to make 2 piece bars. I want to make some riser that have and internal set screw to clamp and no external clamping. Also made a few shift pegs for a buddy then made a few extra.
