S&S motor with wider jugs then heads??

Can anyone help me figure out whats up with this bike i just picked up. Has a s&s 113 with ive been told a big bore 124 kit!?
Anyways the top of the jugs or at least the cooling fins on the jugs stick out further then the bottom of the heads where the two meet together, maybe 5/8 to 3/4 of an inch on the primary side of the motor.
Just curous if anyone knows whats up or what i got going on here??
Heads say s&s and crank case does too ... not sure on the jugs cause im not where the bikes at right now.

That's normal and the way they look.... Where do you think those large pistons are going to fit..........

That's because it's not a 124 or bigger kit........

Just a tidbit of info....

The Big Inch motors have the cylinder studs moved further outboard than stock ....
If your piecing the motor together you will soon see the diff....
