1983 & 1979 Ironheads

Just got 2 bikes, we are starting with the '83. Is it possible to have both electric start AND kickstart?

I am new to all this and this is the first forum I have used. So if I don't use this correctly, please kindly explain to me and I will make adjustments.
I will have lots of questions about these two bikes, so please be patient with me.

The 79 was the last year you were able to get a kicker from the factory. That said, some of them used left over cases, and were able to accept a kicker. Take a look at the rear motor mount with a flashlight. If you are able to put a kicker on it, the motor mount will have a hole in it where the shaft goes, and there will be a plug in the primary for the hole where the kicker shaft goes through.
