Need opinions on this build

Looking for opinion on my seat set up... Too far back ? Needs a sissy bar?? What yall think?

Yeah definitely too far back. Shorten up that fender, make a nice sissy bar and throw a solo seat on it. Or at least a more compact 2-up

I think you need to change the rear fender it doesn't fit the wheel. And the seat is way to long.... Well you asked... But other than that it's a nice looking bike...

Fender don't fit the tire so nice. Do you know where it will sit once the chain is installed/adjusted?
Fender brace angle is too laid back as well.
Bet you could bend up or cut up the seat and make it fit whatever.
All that rear stretch and forward controls are gonna suck together with those bars...
Go with mids or a solo mounted over the oil tank.

I agree. Shortening the fender and radiusing it to the tire, adjusting the fender brace angle about the same 20-30 degrees or so and perhaps, if possible move that seat forward just a bit will balance it out.

Other than that, a real good looking bike!

The fender just needs to be raised off of the tire so that it has a better radius. That will raise the seat and make it not look awkward
