    At it again, this time going for a two seater, hopefully with a proper king and queen seat, also thinking about lowering the front. Handlebars will be changed for a taller pair. Old fender and bars will go onto a hardtail Ironhead I managed to grab away, separate thread coming soon

    That's just a quick mock up right now, wanted to see how the fender actually fits

    Got a pretty decent king and queen with the Ironhead, needs a bit massaging here and there, but easier than starting from scratch I guess

    I bought a 1994 softail heritage classic last year to run as a daily rider as my rigid ironhead just isn't a great mile muncher.
    I ended up riding it for about 3 months in full bagger mode and then started "experimenting".... this is how it currently looks
