Looking for chopper club in New Jersey, Delaware, or Eastern PA

Am looking to ride or hook up with any low-key, but hard-riding, hard-partying chopper clubs that like to do runs/rides, etc such as Gypsy, Strange Days, Ride to Skate, Race of Gentleman, Brooklyn International/Indian Larry Block, maybe Smokeout (NC).
