So I brought home a puppy on my harley

    Yeah, and she's still alive!!!!!
Well... on that note so am I...

So I originally thought of naming her Bessie after Bessie Springfield the legendary female motorcycle queen of WWII.

Apparently Bessie may not be cool enough, although it may be set in stone.

Any thoughts comments cool dog on engine-bike stories? etc?

Who would have thought Valentines day was just another Taco Tuesday

Did you backpack the pup home? My youngest sent me a picture of her snowboarding with one of her dogs running alongside and the new pup in a backpack. Very cute.

Nah -Bessie is cool. I share an industrial unit with a local farmer. Went down a couple of years back, was just about to fire up my dragbike, but
stopped cause I could hear a dog whimpering. Took me 10 mins to locate him, in a tea chest under a dark workbench, a tiny lab puppy shivering
with a old soft toy for company. Stuck him inside my jacket for the next few hours where he went to sleep. My farmer friend came by later , said
it was his new gundog, and he couldn't think of a name. He's been FatBob to me ever since. He doesn't fit inside my jacket anymore tho!

She fit in my jacket on the chilly (40-45F) but not cold 5 mile ride home.
I was going to back pack her, but I felt like I'd rather be tucked in my jacket then bouncing around swing in the wind of my tore up knapsack.
Currently waiting on the Clock so I can go pick up all the "gifts" she's left me today.

Oh my did I forget how they cry in the morning...

        My past dogs names were
        Dante-after the inferno
        Watson-After the scientist James Watson
        and currently
Salt-that chunk of head in my profile pic, he's named after one of my favorite glass artists in Texas.
Everyone wants me to name her pepper.....

Good on ya, man! That's a righteous looking hound and I dig the name. Also, congrats on being cool enough to know Salt! That dudes work is fucking amazing.

Back in the day it was the only glass i'd buy, now It's the only glass I own other than stuff friends have done. My buddy is in the process of setting up his new studio, I went to college he went behind a torch and ten years later he's got skillz to pay billz.
