This is what I picked up from a guy I worked with, a 1988 sportster 1200 for a $1000.00 bucks . Then the fun began .

After taking it all apart and ripping the motor out I cut the back half off and welded on a David bird hardtail . Got some spokes , 16 rear 21 front spool . New Frisco tank , 6 over fork tubes and more parts coming in.

Got my exhaust , oil tank , bars , head and tail light in. Also got my battery box but not pictured. Seat is off to Oregon to get covered and sissy bar off to chrome .

Its not the same bike in my profile pic , had to sell that one when we moved back to AZ from Portland. The one in my profile pic was a 89 I built . We will have to meet up sometime HAM , where on Ray and McQueen
