My garage buddy brought his tig welder and welded the rigid end on the frame, than i went on a 4h roadtrip and bought myself some 16" wheels, both wheel hubs only had one flange so i relaced on of them on a double flange hub so i
could fit brakedisc and back sprocket, than the bike was on its wheels

time for first test run, that didnt go as planned, when i changed to 3 gear i heard som loud noise from the gearbox, so i drove it in the garage and started to put it down, and it turned out that third gear was broken and the countershaft was bent, and maybe thats why it been stored in a barn for so longe, the stator was also damaged because some splinter from the gear had gone and damaged it, so i quick laid a order on wwcycles on new parts

while i was waiting on the gearbox parts i started to disassembly the bike for paint, the frame i sent to get a powdercoating, the color is flatblack with a little shine on it. however the other parts i was going to have bare metal, i first polished everything but when i was done i thought that it was to shiny so i brushed it all again with 80 grit sandpaper, and clearcoated it 5 times, and it turned out great! exactly the shine that i wanted, raw metal

than there was time for the last of the electrical wiring, so i threw the bike up on my old chevy truck and went to my father, he is the electrical guru, and the same day it was ready for cruising, the bike is almost ready just need to make some cool exhaust pipes, but i drove it the whole summer, but after a heavy rain its started to missfire and go like a turd, i guess that i got water in the coil, so i orderd one new but it still lying in its package cuz i started with my city bike a kawasaki 500! but i will do the exhaust and change the coil as soon as the spring comes!

Hell yeah man. Looking good. I made almost the exact same key switch thingy years ago. Awesome!
One word of advice, on your tail light bracket, you might want to add some gussets. I'm thinking it will likely break the way it is.
Nice roadster. And truck.Comment
