Removing all the electronics front of Honda magna 84

Hi all,

I would like to remove all the stuff from the front eg speedometer ect. Let's just say for arguments sake, if I cut a all the cables from the front unit which houses the speedometer ect. Could/would that have any problems with the rest of the wiring?
