What I used in making up the adapter for the dual Riley carbs was a S&S Two Throat manifold for stock size motors.
This motor now being bigger used taller cylinders than Oem ... Hence the rings that you see on the heads ...
Well ... So much for getting it done yesterday ..!!
Working the head bolts got to be a problem with me dancing with the motor, called my nephew to hold it while I tugged on the torque wrench ...
He made a 10 mile trip to give me a hand ...
Today I made a bit of progress with getting the pushrods in and adjusted..
Working on loading the carbs/intake ...
Wild Gaskets I got from James ... Two toques goes down .. Frist is 10-15 inch pound, second and final is 20-25 ..
