Installed the Rivera S.U. today. Will try and start it tomorrow. Hopefully will not burn down the garage...

    nice!
    pans,shovels,and ironheads love SUs.
    the bike owners will/do also.
the hard part is having 'em tuned in just right, but once they are they're great. and ya dont have to dink around w/ em like amals.

the harder part is finding a guy or shop that'll even touch em.
some old timers love em, some hate em.
i had to drive 3 hours to a guy i trust and he knows and loves and runs SUs on his own shit.

looks good. dont burn down yer garage.

Take time to learn to tune it in yourself........ Ask questions like you just did...... That way you can do it again if need be..........

Got it running yesterday. Just need to hook up throttle cable, air filter and some fine tuning. Have plenty of needles jets and springs.

Sounds good. I noticed you took it to the street to start, good move. What year is the motor?
