Not sure. I'm not the original builder. Since there's no VIN on the head tube and the tank is welded/molded to the frame, I'm assuming it's a custom built or aftermarket frame.

This is my friend Ricks bike. He describes it as a '57 straight leg frame with a 65 Panhead lower and 66 Shovelhead top end...and the carb from a Jaguar XKE. One of the first Dick Allen narrow springers.
It was in a 1974 issue of Street Chopper mag.
