Is there any way to look at all the thread you have looked at recently?

Well im sitting here at work balls deep in a thread and Boss man walks up and i close out of the screen and forgot the Title of the thread. So as the title states "Is there any way to look at all the thread you have looked at recently?" Possibly something like a viewing History? Thanks in advance

doesn't your browser show every page you've been on? should be in history, unless you're also clearing it to hide the nasty lady boy porn you're watching.

There is a way. Use a Portable browser run from a USB drive and allow it to save history. I used to do that at work so all my info including businesses I dealt with stayed on my flash drive or in a Portable App folder on my work PC which I'd copy back to the flash drive to archive. When the contract ran out, I kept my info and deleted the folder on the work PC.

I used online email accounts to save my correspondence. I use Thunderbird to read my Gmail and Yahoo account accumulation and on Windows boxes I use a Portable install so I can backup all my emails to read-only DVD now and then.

Check out their website. It's all Windows apps since nixheads tend to run complete portable OS like Knoppix instead.

I prefer Firefox for the extensions

Mozilla Firefox® is a fast, full-featured web browser that's easy to use. It has lots of great features including popup-blocking, tabbed-browsing, integrated search, improved privacy features, automatic updating and more. Plus, thanks to the PortableApps.com launcher bundled in the Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition, it leaves no personal information behind on the machine you

If you want both email and browsing and like the traditional Netscape interface Seamonkey is excellent.

I got so efficient at finding info my boss LIKED seeing me on the internet. I looked up equipment and parts for him all the time.

Worth knowing is you can create a Knoppix USB drive with a persistent /home directory to store files AND also use that flash drive in Windows to run portable apps.

I like rufus for writing .iso images to flash. https://rufus.akeo.ie/

I also run FalconFour's WinPE-ish live USB/CD/DVD for troubleshooting and data rescue. You can browse the net with it and it includes a Linux boot option.

Knoppix is a very polished live Linux distro with an impressive variety of programs. Unlike live install media, Knoppix is intended to run standalone. I use a Knoppix flash drive in my shop Thinkpad instead of a hard disk since it wasn't worth buying hard disks for every stray PC I've got laying around.

Knoppix loads to RAM so when you power off nothing is saved unless you chose to.

BTW you could run Chrome Portable incognito for fappery and Firefox in normal for saving settings.

Farmall you made my brain melt.
So i can put a "portable browser" on a USB and then open it up on a computer and then none of the cookies and such save to the computer they save to the USB drive?
I use Incognito mode only at work while looking at ChopCult, ESPN and Funny Pictures. So I don't necessarily need to save data from websites

Scoop brain up into a suitable container then use it to get very computer literate. This is a computer age and if old people like me can do it so can you, using the same time you currently waste on shit like ESPN. If your day doesn't make you smarter, that day was wasted (being knee deep in pussy excepted).

Yes is the answer, and you can also use all usual Firefox add-on, script blockers and so forth to decrappify your internet experience.

I use these and various others:

Download uBlock Origin for Firefox. Finally, an efficient wide-spectrum content blocker. Easy on CPU and memory.

Download TinEye Reverse Image Search for Firefox. Click on any image on the web to search for it on TinEye. Recommended by Firefox! Discover where an image came from, see how it is being used, check if modified versions exist or locate high resolution versions. Made with love by the TinEye team.

Download Video DownloadHelper for Firefox. The easy way to download and convert Web videos from hundreds of YouTube-like sites.

Computers, like other tools, will serve you better if you study them.

Try Firefox with locked down browsing and use another portable browser unlocked for media which might barf on a locked down Firefox.
