The Buzzard bike has a motor

got a bug in my ass last week to build a chopper in 14 days and today i finished the motor. crankpin out rebuild with some paint, chrome and mild mods. 75 FX .050 over low compression pistons, all HD inside except the S&S rods, Andrews #1 cam, solids and an SU carb.

this is the bike during mock up. i still need to finish some fabrication on the frame, touch up the trans and do final assembly. in 10 days. piece of cake. ;-)

i want to do an experiment on this motor since it's going into a "toy". i'm going to run it as is with the combination of parts in it now and get a seat of the pants feel over various rpms and conditions. then i'm going to tear it down and see what the balance factor is. depending on how it runs i'll have a baseline to work from. if it ain't broke don't fix it :-)
