This thing is giving me some shit and I wanted to see if anyone wants to help.
It starts up nice runs fine for awhile. Then after 5 miles or so it starts to bog down at higher rpms I can back the throttle off a bit and get it to be ok. She has also said it just dies with out warning when she is cruising along causing the back tire to skid. She is just learning to ride.
Has oil pump and nice white smoke.
    Thanks in advance

Yep. Drain tank, install inline filter, (use fuel injection hose not generic "fuel" hose" which ethanol destroys), clean carb and reattack.

Pics of spark plug would be useful. Got the correct heat range?

Sounds like a fuelling problem, blocked breather in fuel cap?

ACV in the gas tank soaking now. someone welded a nipple on the tank for the petcock. so that may be the source of the rust...
