Must like prison food, or the company he gets in there.Robert Vance is being held without bond at the Pasco County Jail. He is facing one count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, one count of leaving the scene of a crash involving injury and one count of operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license. Florida Highway Patrol says Vance is classified as a habitual traffic offender.
Vance has an extensive criminal history that includes two stints in state prison. He’s been convicted previously on drug, burglary and felony traffic charges out of Brevard County.

I deal with this shit everyday man..seems Florida has some serious anger issues LOL This occurred only 1 county away from me...on the same day there was an accident in town where a truck pulled out in front of a bagger the 2 people on the bagger were thrown onto the highway....then while flagging traffic another biker was run down by a another drunken 4 wheeler......this is everyday shit here man...Comment

What makes me have to laugh is how the Youtube video still is the chick lying on her back, in a mini-skirt, with both legs in the air giving an "upskirt pantie shot".
It's not exactly the most elegant of positions and not entire relevant to the story.
