Since the choice is "build threads" or this one for questions, they end up here.
There should be a Tech Questions forum and a How To: forum without Tech in the title which in a How To: forum is redundant anyway.
It's probably too much hassle to correct the oversight at this point. -

Thought they was there for a reason...???
It's a road map on what to do and where to do it... Or at least that's what I got out of reading them...
The Mods sure did waste those keystrokes, being nobody looks at them...
The way I see the sticky's is......

If a system naturally guides MANY users to do the somewhat wrong thing despite a sticky, the system is the fundamental problem.
