HD hard bags and tank help

I have a yamaha roadstar ive been throwing swap meet parts on and slowly swapping swap meet stuff on and I need some help.

I got a set of abs hard bags and lids for $100 bucks I have no idea where i should buy the locks and latches and what i need.



I need latches, locks and teathers for the lids, and im curious whose cheapest, best place to buy and whos, i guess not cheapest but best value.




Im in north west PA so swapmeets are few far between.

I also need help with this tank. Does anybody know what year it is and where i could get a dash for it?

Um, start making stuff. Leather or idk, sheet metal or old buckets for the dash
Harley saddlebag hardware is overpriced, fiddly to install hard to find a whole set if its off the bags and they pretty much suck.
You'd be better off with pop-rivets and hardware store hinges and latches.
