Spark plug identification

And done one tell me their opinion on this spark plug. The engine has no popping but the plug looks hot to me.Firestone Deluxe Champion 4-19

Id say it looks pretty good, fuel wise.
Black ring = rich on the bottom end. Tan electrode = good mix up top. But the ground strap is tan all the way, you want the color on the strap to change right around the the middle/bend
Start tweaking the timing.
What bike is this in? And what have you done to it?

Looks good to me too. A tan insulator (white part around the center electrode) is the desired condition.

If the bikes running great, I don't see any cause for concern.
