Does anyone make GOOD flake grips. The kind that won't wear out in a year like those cheapass ones from avon. Does any body remember the grips that came on bicycles from the 70's? they NEVER wore out.

+1 on that. The throttle side lasted a few weeks on mine before it split completely in half.

And they're about twice the price they should be.......... the biltwell price range is spot on in my opinion

I just put on the Hippy Killers and they look great! I hope that they will last the test of time. We shall see.

Yeah they are on their website for 15 bucks. they only have two colors red and silver I think.

I used these from Licks, had them for about a year, no problems at all. Actually gave me a pretty hard time getting them off. (That's what she said.)
