1967 Triumph 650 tiger

Guy has a 1967 triumph 650 for sale near me. Has a clean title and the numbers on it are good, he says it has original 7'893 miles so the sludge trap should be good unless he is lying of course.Already hardtailed and tapered neck bearigs. Needs new pistons and rings. Anything specific i should look for when i go? First time looking at a british bike, also 1,850 good price for it?

That sounds like a good deal to me. Maybe add another oil filter to slow the sludge buildup
