    Panshovel project

Hi again, new year new project. I sold my 73 swingarm shovel this fall and bought 2,5 bikes, i keept the good shit, sold the rest and bought some more nice stuff and this is where i stand today after roughly 4 months of grind.
Cases are House of Horsepower casted -78, top end is a set of massaged early shovelheads not pictured, Andrews A grind cam and Rivera (hydraulic) race lifters. Pipes are yet to be manufactured......

For more pictures, go visit @madmagnus on instagram (everything is documented)

I was sad the other one disappeared so quick but I've been watching the progress on this one. Waiting for the start-up video...

          Very cool.

Details on the front wheel setup? I am eyeing something similar, is that a 36-hole cb350 hub?

Thank you, they are already helicoiled by some previous owner, seems solid.

I would have loved to keep my old bike but i needed the money for this build. Old Harleys are expensive in my part of the world. If your lucky i might remember to get the startup on video.

the front wheel was built by the previous owner and came with the bike when i bought it, it's supposed to be from a Yamaha 250 something. It's one of the few things left from the bike i brought home.

After some Google investigation i think you might be right, I was told it was Yamaha from the guy i bought it from and thought no more about it.

I have no opinion on the Yamaha vs CB discussion but looks can be deceiving...

At first glance, one would bet his life this is a Harley hub, right?

Either way I giggit. I'm balls deep in drum hub research right now for my build, looking for the right twin-leading-shoe setup to graft to my project. Trying to get decent stopping power without battling the demand from the vintage race scene...

Sure looks Harley but i wouldn't bet anything on it.
