Great looking bike! Hope all is fine with the motor. Space issue is probably why aftermarket Triumph oil tanks have that indent for the single downtube of the frame there to fit into. If your oil tank is just plain round then maybe get the indented one for your Triumph. As the for seat/fender space issue can't really see how close the fender is off the tire. Although the tire will get taller at speed you may have room to lower the fender some to gain seat space there.

No expert but IMO I'd take that fender off and move the rear tire as far forward as possible (to take into account moving it back as chain adjustment requires).
Then tape 1/2 inch of hose along top of tire to aid in getting the fender as close to the tire as possible while allowing for tire growth at speed. Probably will need to shorten your struts but hopefully result will give better seat and oil tank space... but I'd still switch the round tank for the indented one also since an oil tank rubbing with/without rubber cushioning can result in breaks and cracks.Comment

i actually used 1/2 hose to space it. I don't want it any closer at this point. The picture above makes it look like there is more room but that is because the back flips up. As for the oil tank someone else also mentioned an indent. At this point I feel that is the best solution and will probably just indent the tank I have with a 1" steel pipe and a BFH. I also have a chain tensioner on it as well to alleviate chain tensioning. Thanks for all the advice and comments.Comment
