Not to worry about the bushings... Edlund is using oil-lite material that supersedes what the Mo-Co used some 80 years ago...
If your in mind of adding the zert fittings like the OG had, I'm sure it might be a bit overkill on his frames ..... But what the hay, go for it..
You do have a lifetime warranty on that frame, so when those bushing do ware out.... Give us a yell
One other thing.....
If your going to run a skid-plate, yo'll need to drill the two 5/16" holes in the seat post lower gusset plate..
Take my 45 and outrun em all ..Comment

And another thing...
When I assembled the front end, the tins that go on the triple trees and make up the headlight nacelle did not line up by almost 1/4”...shocking yes I know....
After much web search it appears that my Vtwin 52 replica kit came with 1960 and up neck cups...which are thicker than the 49-59 that are required....
Well, when I returned the Vtwin frame I left the neck cups in it....and found a company that makes the correct ones for proper tin alignment
I have a set on the way and Nuklhead here on the forums sent me races/bearings.
Hey Tattoo you should go to work for Tedd as quality control supervisor....I think you’d bring a flamethrower on your 1st day and that would be it hahahahaComment

LOL yep that would be the only way to fix VTwin.... Or better yet do what I did, stop buying any parts from them until they fixed there shitty fitting parts... I haven't bought anything from they in years.... There shit is junk if they make it...Comment
