    Rifle Fairing or T Sport

Anyone running either one? How do you like it? What size are you running?

I am thinking of getting either a T Sport or Rifle Fairing, I like the way they both look.

    T-Sport

    Rifle

I am thinking either 12-15 inch screen.

The Rifle fairing is roughly 300.
I can get a new T Sport I have seen just the bottom (No glass) for 150, and then glass would be 120-150
so roughly I will be paying the same.

Wanted to see if anyone has run both, or either one and how they like it.

I think the Rifle and Ness fairings look the best.

They are the only ones outside of full fairing that do anything, from everything I've heard and the ones I've ridden with(hd 1/4 and ness are really just style, despite what some people will try to tell you). I personally have a tsport for my fxr, mostly only put it on during the colder months and it does help out. I'd personally get a tall windshield because if you're going to have a fairing it might as well function well if you ask me, rifle or tsport I think just comes down to personal preference.

Thanks you all, Asked on a Facebook group also and a lot of members have one or the other, The Rifle fairing I am looking at has an 18'' shield, for 312, as the Tsport if I can find it is at 530-650.

So I think I will be going w/tall rifle.

something like this is the 15'' one I think but this is the basis of what it looks like with tall shield. Figured get it taller and I can cut it down if need be.

I have not had a rifle but I have had a ness, HD quarter fairing, and a conely tsport. The tsport is by far the best wind protection and I do a lot of highway travel. Get the higher screen. If you want a short one then the HD quarter firing is probably a great option. If you decide on the tsport buy a jd customs one.

I have a Rifle sitting in my garage but never installed due to a paint fiasco. The paint shop sold me some bad paint. I bought it originally because it seems to be the best for blocking the wind. A couple friend's of mine have them and like them. Until I fix my Rifle I bought a Memphis Gauntlet. For the price you can't really go wrong with it. It and a full face means I'm hammering 80+ all day long.

My bottom headlight mount dosnt work so I need to find a way to mount it. Its pretty solid with the top mount only.
