    Default truck thread

I know this will probably get jp'd, but I figures there is a van thread. Lets se those unsung heros, and give them a little respect for haulling all those beautiful barn, and swap meet finds a ride. I just bought a 79 f150 long bed sight unseen and need a little motivation to make it worthy of brining new projects home.

That '39 is a looker! I really like the look of an unfinished ride.

Nice. Another cool thing about old trucks is the cheap registration and no smog inspections here where I live for trucks that old.

Simply love my 63 C10 daily driver. It's got a 230 six banger and a 5-speed. Not a speed demon, but pretty easy on the gas bill.

Thanks man. I can't take all the credit since I bought it pretty much the way it sits. But I'm not planning to change a thing. Just keep it in good repair. Maybe a tweak or two here and there.
