    Speed Wobbles - '01 Sporty

Just changed the bars from some mini apes to some super narrow Zombie WTF bars and developed some speed wobbles. Only happens when I take one hand off the bars. I put new risers on to accommodate the bars and checked torque there and it's good to go. Any ideas? I know I'm coming up on needing a new front tire so I'll probably be addressing it soon, what are some things that can cause this so I can just go through my front end then and fix all possible problems. Thanks.

Check all of the nuts n' bolts on the front end, as well as the rear wheel.

I had a nasty wobble that turned out to be from my rear sprocket bolts being wonky.

Lowers would fix that but that's just for us older hipsters.

Just picked up a fork brace, gonna start going through all of my nuts and bolts to check torque on everything. Thanks guys!

Did you figure out what was causing the wobble?

It is usually caused(barter swap if something) by aerodynamics. My bike did the same when I put a big tach on. I had it centered and at 80+ it would start n get scary! After some research I moved my tach offcenter. Problem went away.
Try taking off one mirror off n c what it does.
