I ended up swapping out my final drive washer , felt it was to tight
Eastern Supply needs to pull there head out of there ass on where they get shit made
If its spossed to be .060 that does not mean .062 on one side and 060 on the other


that kicker pedal needs to hit the road

had 4 floorboards, made 2 out of 4 , I got them off of ebay really nice douche beggary on ebay pics look good until u open the box and go wtf...
anyway made me a set , going to paint them
they have character

going to work on my rocker clutch next , spring hole on the foot pedal is oval so going to weld it up and re work it real nice rocker has the old atlas foot pads , im swapping them out for repop oem type though..

for the most part ya, I think im going to pull my kicker cover off, I don't like the bushing slop, cover is a 38 don't wanna break that fucker
I fixed up the hole in the floorboard once I paint it , it will be fine, got to fix rocker clutch spring hole needs a weld up and drill hole is elongated real nice early rocker that works damn well, need to clean it up and strip that original paint off it and repaint it if it looks to bad

Thanks Bud, someday Ill get this heap on the road, Tired ,was going to pop off the kicker cover hand fit a bushing I have to see the fit on the kicker shaft.
I have reached a new low though, I doctored up a little hole on one of my floorboard matts/ war time steel" and another area , I have a brand new oem set but those are reserved for one of my 46. after I paint those boards they should look good.
I put a orange Chicago kicker pedal on also and fit that sprung tab under the pedal with a little belt sander action, its tight but alas it will loosen up like they all do after a while.
I have always wanted to use a BB or small ball bearing and drill into are or pedal but snapping pedal or weak arm scares my knee. My knee has seen so many slips from shit gears and 2 busted pedals.

swiped the tranny from this build for another build (O)(o)
gas tank is coming off and a flathead tank is going on so I think im going to repaint as well , I have a 46 tranny I will rebuild for this bike got to pull tranny , or atleat it looks like 46 can read with oil under there
so prolly going to rewire again as going cats eye dash.

still waiting here, as U know I'm swiping the tranny, have a 44 or some shit for this bike, prolly repainting the fresh paint also and rewire , its getting flattie tanks and they are stunning
going to start on knuckle this week

They took all of the baffle plate out of the cases.... !!!!
I also do that when I use the later type piston rings, but I do leave about 1/2" or 5/8" of the baffle in the case just to add a bit of strength to the case....
