Requires special HD tools. Sub it out to a dealership.

Pump out the fuel, remove one side of the crossover, and plug, then block off the nipple on the other side.
Pull back on the disconnect and remove the supply line to the injectors.
Remove the fasteners that are holding the tank at the front and rear.
    Remove tank!
Fuck the dealership, don't support those fuckheads!!

they are a one piece tank, remove speedo console and unplug wiring from the speedo, ign and idiot lights then unplug the fuel pump from top of tank.siphon the fuel out of tank, unbolt tank at front and rear and lift slightly to get to the fuel guage wiring and disconnect, the fitting where the fuel tap would be pushes up to release the line then remove the crimp fitting on the crossover line and remove the tank. You will need to remove the plug from the wiring on the fuel guage to get the wiring up through the tank they have little tangs holding them in,should take 20-40mins max.
