    I wonder if instead of grinding it and using that kit, could gaskacinch or similar case sealing adhesive be used? I have some heavy stuff still from when I put my buell case back together

      I would think that gaskacinch would be really weak for that application....
      Two part epoxy may be overkill.... Be hard to get it apart without further damage the next time it needed service....
      Perhaps Yamabond would be the ticket.... ???
      Take my 45 and outrun em all ..
