never owned a bike before. always wanted a harley. my pops always rode and figured it's about time i start. i saved up some money for a while and drove down to henderson nevada about a month or so ago and picked me up this 77 shovel for $4k after i kicked it started. don't know much about working on bikes, own no tools, have no garage to work in. gotta really good friend though who's letting me build it at his place and use his tools as long as i bring a case of beer and a lotto ticket every time i come to work on it. deal.
not an expert but i don't think that looks to shabby for a 40 year old harley. lots of stuff has to go for the look I'm going for though so i started chipping away at it over the last few weekends. All of the stuff coming off will be going into the classifieds. Nearly all the stuff going back on will be coming out of the classifieds.
