I know softails ain't old, but there are alot of them out there. So does anyone have any pics of some that have been fixed up like from the seventies or sixties and rodded out not rat rod type. I mean chopped and cut to express some soul. You know stock or sportster tanks, no front brakes, or stripped down to bare necessaties.

Now thats what Im talkin about. those are some sweet rides. I am trying my damndest to decide on going black with mine or doing some 70 psychodelic paint sceme like french kiss kustom. And these pics just make it harder, wish I could afford two bikes then i wouldn't have to decide.Comment

quote"But if you really want it stripped down more... Ditch the tank, seat and bars!"
which would then make it for the "down and out" biker who has lost his ass and doesn't know which way to turn.
i love some done right softails!

Softails DO suck.
I should know, I own one.
Mine is kind of like the red headed step child I never had. I hate it but I feel sorry
for It so I also love It. If that makes any fucking sense. Ahaaaa haa haa hahahaaha hah.
It is really challenging trying to make them "Cool", Not impossible, just challenging.Comment

Yeah mine is nickel and dimeing me to death cause the last bastard that owned it didn't know a fucking thing about bikes. He let the s.o.b. get repossessed, probably some teenage punk (nothing really against teenagers) that mommy and daddy bought it for to bribe to get good grades or some shit like that. Anyway I have it now and can't afford a camera to take pictures of it. Eventually I strip it down like the other cool looking softails in this thread.
KEEP THE PICS COMING.Comment
