    Speedo Install

    Hey, Guys !

I have a '98 sporty 1200cc on a rigid Paucho frame. This bike is bare bones and I'd like to keep it that way but I need to quit the fucking around - I need a speedo. Too much trouble with the law because I don't know how fast I'm going. I'm still in my beginning stages as an out of the garage tech and to Harley motors/trans - so I need help

My issue is I need a speedo and I would like to avoid having another cables running down my front end to the hub.

Someone was telling me theres a speed sensor right on top of the crankcase that can be plugged into - is this correct?
If so where can I look online for more info I cant seem to find any

    Thanks!

Yeah that's correct. You'll have to wire it back in, check out the wiring diagram in your manual.

Or use your phone for a speedo no cables or wires required

Unless you don't have a phone, go buy one. Welcome to the future my friend.
