Hermosa Beach, my old stomping ground, glad you made it through unscathed! We're all patiently waiting for pics of the aforementioned ladyfriend...

My advice would be to get off of I-10 and hit the two-lane roads. There so much of America you are missing on the Interstates...and all that Americana is made even better when experienced from the saddle of your scoot! Get down into the people and places of this great country! Follow those backroads!.. Your trip will be so much more enriching.
      .
..and ditto on the "Don't pass a gas station up thinking there'll be another soon" ..at least in far West Texas out around the Big Bend area. That region is as desolate and as vast as you'll find!

I had to make it to redondo for my buddies birthday and really, I dig the highways as much as the two lanes. They each have their place. One is truly beautiful and one gets you to the beauty if you will.

Leaving Davis, California. Ready for rain.

Getting into san fran. Said Rain

        big sur on the bike

Back in redondo, heading for chopperfest in ventura I believe. Trying find a yard to crash in somewhere close, but no luck so far.

3000 miles and not a single gas cap in sight.

I live in Redondo Beach. Shoot me a pm if you are hard up on luck around there.

If you can man make it to leggit ca, its on the 101from there catch ththe 1 going south west to fort bragg that is an amazing ride if your down for crusin twisties for 2 hours. Make sure you have plenty of gas though. Also be sure to stop at Navarro point its about 16 miles south of fort bragg dude thats some of the most beautifuls views iv seen in a long time
your on the edge of the continent beautiful place man. Also there is this small little town about 10 miles south of eureka ca, its creepy as fuck when i was riding north i came across it. And it was sunny and nice all day. But when i pulled in it got cold and foggy as fuck, and every bodybwas driving 1920s and older cars man. It was like some silent hill shit. Be safe on your travels man. And enjoy it i know i did. Hit me up when you pass back through texas san antonio ill have a place to eat sleep and shower for you man. Be safe out there.

a better shot of the bike without gear. Gas goes in my queen seat and below my seat is my main tank.
yoshi at garage company was awesome, so cool to be able to walk around his shop.
