    Default Triumph Amen Savior Frame

Are these Savior frames for Triumphs rare? I see them all the time for the Honda CB750's but not for the triumph. I just scored this one and I love the looks of these frames so I had to have it. I heard all the handling issues but they handle fine as long as the bushings are good.

If the bushings in the springs are good there shouldn't be any major issues with handling. If the springs and bushings are worn but you like the look and don't care about the maybe inch of suspension they give you, you can sleeve them under the springs so they no longer move, making it ride like a rigid but retain the look of a plunger frame. I've owned two, one full frame for an ironhead and a bolt on for a triumph both by Amen, no issues with either.

Thanks. I'm wondering how common these frames are for the triumph.

I've got one at the shop, it has a vibration issue. could be the frame or it could be the engine. but it broke the gas tank mounts twice and the oil tank mounts.
    The do look cool.
