I got these 14" inch shocks, and I will be running a Dual Disk wheel, so I figured if I flip the swingarm, it will lower the bike by about 2" and I can use the chain guard tab for the disk brake mount. See photo above.

Does anyone know of any issue why this would not work?

By the way. I have no idea why there is that hardtail photo below. The photo bellow has nothing to do with my post.

How will that lower your bike? Plus that bracket would very small for a brake stay!!!!!

Hmmm, I figured it would lower it since the axle would fall below the arm, but it seems that it would in fact life it up?! I got these 14" shocks, but I really wanted 12"s, and I did not want to weld a brake stay if I could reused the one from the fender tab if I was able to invert the arm and lower the bike with the 14" shocks. I think its time to dump the shocks.
