Got the gusset made up and in there. Had to get some help today rolling the tubing for the rails and the backbone. Was a pain to roll .156 wall tubing with the HF roller but it came out just like I was hoping, and we were able to get the 2 pieces exactly the same.

Back bone in. Still a little grinding to do on the motor mount castings to fit up better to the lower rails. Ordering a set of Visionary Cycle axel plates to finish the rear end up.

Got the axel plates this weekend. Trimmed off the mechanical brake mount, and will later be welding on a tab for juice brake. Had a ton of time filing and sanding out all the casting marks on them.

Thanks guys. One piece at a time. Spent a lot of time measuring the chain side out for a juice drum, which is on its way, I think i should be able to run the lower rails straight up to the axel plates with out any kind of offset for drum/ chain clearance (so i hope).

Got all the frame pieces bent up. Changed some stuff up along the way. Ended up being 50 rake, 7 up, 0 out, 0 stretch, lowered 1".

Not much of an update, but was happy to see it with the motor in and on the ground.

heh not much of an update.....you're too modest. this build is money, getting wild in a good way.

any idea on what direction you're going w/ the frontend?
