Very,very cool build. I'm putting a DNA springer on my winter 650 build as well.Do you happen to still have the neck bearing parts numbers or specs? Did you also have to replace the cups?

Here's the kit I used for the bearings... slips right in, and comes with the cups.

Work has been slow on the bike, but updates should be coming. Hoping to have in running in the next 2 weeks.

You'll have to grind down the fork stops on the springer and some off the triple trees to get any sort of steering radius.

Shame on me for leaving this thread hanging... this bike was finished and been through a couple iterations to get it appropriately cool. It's back in the garage at the moment getting the exhaust changed a little. Here it is as it sits:
