oil pooling up under starter

I just funished up a build and have been riding for the past few days figuring out the kinks. My newest find is a pool of oil under the starter on the button side. I'm not sure if this is oil from the primary or oil from a bad line. I don't see any oil on top of the starter so a line leaking is not at the top of the list. Anyone have any ideas or have had the same problem before? Just don't want to start tearing everything apart again. Thanks

is the vent coming off the primary have an air filter on it or a hose running under the engine??? if not it will blow oil all over the starter when you bounce down the road
assuming this is a sportster/... better pics would be great!!! and mabye what kinda engine it is!!!
