none of them...sorry im a dick.

To my knowledge all years had chain drive options since 98, i dont mess with the vlx shadows so someone else will need to speak up but on 750s the
spirits had a dc and cd model, the cd is shaft i believe, i have a dc and its chain. Theres ACE's with chains, not sure if they offered shafts too.
